Delivery times
- United Arab Emirates: 1–3 business days after dispatch
- International: 5–14 business days after dispatch, depending on destination

Shipping costs Free shipping on all orders over 435 AED. Orders under this amount are subject to a shipping fee, calculated at checkout based on destination.

Lost or damaged packages If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, or arrives damaged, contact us at info@thehouseofloop.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
