Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery within the UAE typically takes 1–3 business days; international delivery times vary by destination. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
Returns
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached, within 7 days of delivery. To start a return, email info@thehouseofloop.com with your order number.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Let us know when you request your return, within 15 days and we'll do our best to get the right size out to you, subject to availability.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, worn or washed items, and items without original tags, cannot be returned.
